when UPS take a trip to Gunnared with a new computer. My D800 makes massive 36MP files and my MacBookPro have a hard time handle it in the speed I need. It have to go fast so I don´t have to spend every night editing. So now the new one got home, a 27″ iMac, 3,4mHz,Fusiondrive and 32GB of RAM. I hope this will help cut down the time I spend editing. Had to get a iMac with integrated screen to get fastest possible machine but I don´t need the screen, got my Eizo so the system can be calibrated in the best way. To bad Apple no longer make the big towers or put some good stuff in the MacMini. Shit the same, now I got what I need, I think, future will tell.
