my father liked to put String shelf in my room. I never liked them, and never believed I should. But now when I´m 50+ I have began to appreciate them. Designed by Nils Strinning in 1949 it have become a piece of classic Scandinavian design. It is a simple aesthetics to them, they are obvious but they don´t scream, just like people that I like:)
